FEES:

Let Only Service: sum equivalent to the first 2.5 weeks rent plus VAT (3 weeks rent inc VAT)

Credit Checking  £50 plus VAT (£60 inc VAT) per tenant

Deposit Protection  £40 plus VAT (£48 inc VAT) per annum

Extension to Tenancy Agreement          £95 plus VAT (£114 inc VAT) (if requested)

Tenant Check Out £95 plus VAT             (£114 inc VAT) (if requested)

Service of Notices £90 plus VAT (£108 inc VAT) (if requested)
