I've been letting a property though Space for a couple of years. The experience from start to finish is always professional, helpful, and they seem to attract good tenants, possibly due to their understanding of the area and letting market. I moved to them from another agent who's attitude seemed to be based on their ability to bill. It was the best decision. They are always on hand to offer advice to both Landlord and Tenant and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any rental requirements.
