Full Management



  • interviewing and vetting prospective tenants and the obtaining of full references
  • accompanying prospective tenants to view the property

  • ensuring that the tenancy agreement is signed

  • checking the Inventory/Schedule of Condition with the tenants, prior to the start of the tenancy

  • collection of rents, crediting the landlord's nominated account with all monies due and the provision of monthly statements and accounts

  • reading utility meters at the commencement of the tenancy

  • registering the deposit with The Dispute Service, unless otherwise instructed

  • general day-to-day management of the property, to include dealing with all tenant and landlord related issues

  • arranging for any repairs that may be necessary, with the landlord's authorisation

  • completing property inspections, as requested by, and agreed with, the landlord

  • post and telephone costs

  • all travelling costs

Preparing Tenancy Agreement                          £75 plus VAT (£90 inc VAT)

Tenant Check Out                                                   £75 plus VAT (£90 inc VAT)


Schedule of Condition, inc Inventory photos:     

Studios and 1 bedroom properties                      £80 plus VAT (£96 inc VAT)

2 bedroom properties                                          £100 plus VAT (£120 inc VAT)     

3 bedroom properties                                          £120 plus VAT (£144 inc VAT)

4 bedroom properties                                          £140 plus VAT (£168 inc VAT)

5 bedroom properties                                          £160 plus VAT (£192 inc VAT)

This will be completed in the absence of a full Inventory unless we are otherwise instructed.


Overseas Landlord                                              £50 per annum plus VAT (£60 inc VAT), if applicable
