Tenant Guide

Finding somewhere to rent can be challenging - high and low standards of accommodation can all too often make what should be an exciting prospect into a depressing business. As a prospective tenant coming to Space Lettings, we make it our business to ensure:

  • DESIRABLE PROPERTIES
We always have a wide range of attractive furnished and unfurnished properties available, ranging from flats and apartments through to family houses. Simply go to Search on our Home page and select the criteria for your ideal property to see what we currently have available for you to view.

  • FRIENDLY SERVICE
We make it our job to ask the right questions and to find out exactly what you want from our property search. We want to provide a service that meets your needs, and therefore we're interested in finding the property that's right for you. We won't show you somewhere that won't suit your requirements - it's a waste of both your time and ours.

  • A QUICK RESPONSE
Should a maintenance issue arise with a property while under our management, we can normally guarantee the problem will be fixed within 24 hours by one of our bank of tradesmen. There are no surprise costs to you - these are settled by us, directly with the landlord.
