Excellent responsive service

We used Space Lettings to find a property to rent and they were by far the most responsive agents we worked with. The team were always responsive and helpful. We would definitely use them again if we were looking for a rental property.

Great customer service

I had a very good experience with Space letting agency, Samantha H, Erin and everyone else, the customer service was excellent. The team was helpful, friendly and professional from start to finish. They were always available to answer my questions and made the whole process smooth and stress free. I am very pleased with their customer service and would highly recommend them.

Quick & Efficent Service with Good Staff

Recently I went through the process of renting with Space Lettings and they were great, particularly Erin who was our estate agent, from the very beginning (putting in a contact request and being alerted of properties) to the very end (managing all the documents and admin my partner and I had to do). Erin specifically was very quick in her responses throughout the whole process, very helpful when I needed clarification on something, personable and professional, knowledgeable on the property, and I felt like went the extra mile (e.g., telling me where there was available parking when viewing the properties). When trying to find somewhere to rent under a time pressure, this was a godsend.

Excellent company

We have used this company for 8 years to find tenants for our property. They are efficient, friendly and diligent in their checking of prospective tenants. Thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent service from Space Lettings

We have let our property through Space Lettings for the last 13 years and we have always had excellent service from all of the team in the office. We have had no complaints during this time from all aspects of the operation. Would thoroughly recommend them.
