Recently I went through the process of renting with Space Lettings and they were great, particularly Erin who was our estate agent, from the very beginning (putting in a contact request and being alerted of properties) to the very end (managing all the documents and admin my partner and I had to do). Erin specifically was very quick in her responses throughout the whole process, very helpful when I needed clarification on something, personable and professional, knowledgeable on the property, and I felt like went the extra mile (e.g., telling me where there was available parking when viewing the properties). When trying to find somewhere to rent under a time pressure, this was a godsend.
